Fixed Price Fixed Term (OSD – Open Support Desk)

  • Your account is assigned to a dedicated team of 4 (Project Manager, Application Consultant, Developer, Support Consultant).
  • Our open support desk will log and respond to ALL queries, how to requests and action any bugs or change request estimates.
  • We deploy remote monitoring and secure server access as well as end user on demand remote access.
  • As standard we offer a set price per Full/Limited user Per Annum or can offer customer terms and packages.

Pay As You Go (MHS – Managed Hours)

  • Your account is assigned to a dedicated team of 4 (Project Manager, Application Consultant, Developer, Support Consultant).
  • Managed hours can be used for any remote task (Support, Training, Development etc).
  • Managed hours are valid for 24 months from date of purchase and come in various size packs starting as low as €90.00 per hour.
  • All changes are estimated for your approval before any work commences.

  • 24×7 Follow the sun support contracts can be offered if you need round the clock assistance.
  • SQL Server DBA We can monitor, maintain, and optimise your SQL Server Databases.
  • Upgrade Subscription If your Dynamics version is recent (last 2 releases) we can offer a built in fixed monthly cost to cover annual upgrades with no surprises.
  • Platform As A Service Facing a hardware upgrade have you considered the option of moving to managed hosted servers. We can offer competitive secure options.
  • On-Boarding Get new users/staff up and running quickly and with best practice. Our On-Boarding plans combine half day training with half day dedicated support access to get new users operating and proficient in Dynamics from day one.
